ABOUT US
The Youth Olympic Sports Academy is a membership organization with offices and facilities inside Qdoba Events Center. For a monthly fee members/families can participate, train, and practice Olympic Sports from trained instructors. We are orgainzed in three ways, Sports for all (recreational), YOSA Clubs (competitive) and Affliates.
The vision of the YOSAftco is to promote youth Olympic sports as a life-long activity for boys & girls, men & women, families and members of the Northern Colorado communities. In addition it will disseminate peace, excellence, respect and friendship as the core living values.
While YOSAftco is focusing on the Olympic 5 core values, we also believe sports themselves and the core values should apply to people of all ages. Thus, our action plan will be organizing various types of sport programs targeting specific age groups in order to build their interest in physical activities and build healthy lifestyle.
The Youth Olympic Sport Academy Fort Collins (YOSAftco) is a sub-branch of the International Youth Olympics Sport Academy (iYOSA).
The International Youth Olympic Sport Academy (iYOSA) is a new sport program that inspires the younger generations in Colorado and the U.S. communities to participate in Olympic sports and embrace the Youth and Olympic 5 core values (excellence, friendship, respect, democracy & freedom) as means to live fully as ambassadors of peace, quality of life and education. YOSAftco is associated with International Olympic Academy and Brazil International Volleyball.
